Name of the Association: 
The name of the Organisation shall be “Association for Better Health and Society” 

'ABHAS' is a Hindi language word which means 'Realization'. Realization of others sufferings makes the person humane and distinct from other living creatures which thus requires the will to serve the society. This NGO was formed with the inspirations from various diseased and crippled persons in India and other developing countries. The objective with which 'ABHAS' was started is to make people of third-world countries realize the importance of better social and civic values as well as the need of good social and personal hygiene.


The founder of this NGO strongly believe in these values which are, if neglected, become root cause of most preventable diseases and social unrest. Nonetheless, social values and hygiene are taken as yard-sticks to measure the progress of any country.
